Happy Monday!

It’s too easy to get caught up in the rush of life, in the negatives, the frustrations, the inconveniences. Take a step back as often as you can and look around for the good.

Count the blessings in your life, and refocus on them. Even if today all you can think of is the hot cup of coffee you had.

Find the little things. Make them the big ones.

Become obsessively grateful – it can change everything.
