Let it go.

Don’t let it get to you so much.

Move on.




In little, bite sized chunks.

Step by step.

Replace the negative thoughts with positive actions. When you start to spiral, physically get up and move around. Find something positive to do to change your pattern of thought.

It’ll be hard at first. Everything always is.

Much to my disappointment, there is no overnight fix.

Understand that it’ll take time.

You’ll fail – some days you’ll only get half way through the day and you’ll have to start again from scratch.

That’s ok.

Forgive yourself and start again.

Start again as many times as you need to.

I promise that with time, you’ll need to start again less and less.

You won’t know that it’s happened until something that used to affect you won’t and you’ll look back at how far you’ve come and you’ll be proud.

Time is an amazing healer.

Be kind to yourself.

Don’t get overwhelmed at how long the journey is, take it day by day. Take it breath by breath when you need to.

That’s how.

And you can do it.
