Tonight we marched to the top of a cliff and screamed our frustrations out until we were sweaty, out of breath and out of anger.

Sometimes you don’t have to try and see the silver lining.

Sometimes you don’t have to find a healthy way to work through your agonies.

Sometimes you just gotta yell about how much people are the worst and say all the things racing through your mind passionately and with your whole body, with all the swears you can muster until you feel better.

And I do feel better.

Now I can give my focus to the things that really matter.

Like the beautiful children who have taken over my whole lounge floor with their “magic comfortable secret nature documentary watching fort” that includes all of the blankets in the house, and all of the lounge cushions.

Now, with my inner peace feeling a little more balanced, all I have to do is wait patiently for them to go to bed so I can take over!
